On Jan. 18 Ryan Murphy shared with Zap 2 It what his vision is for the third season of "American Horror Story." There have been rumors flying around about what fans think the show is going to be about based off of the "clues" that Murphy has left in the last three episode. Murphy isn't ready to spill all the details, but he has a clear vision of what he wants for the season.
For certain, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Jessica Lange will be coming back for the third season. Jessica will be playing a character named "Glamour Cat," whatever that might be. Paulson has no idea who she is going to be playing, but Muphy says that he does and he says that Evan will likely be playing another sobbing sociopath. This season will also be funnier than "Asylum" that ended up getting a little too dark.
Ryan also says that there won't be any aliens in the third season now that he got that out of his system, he's done. The upcoming season is going to be much different than others. While it is going to a love story set in modern time, it will "time jump" through different eras. It will also be taking place in more than one city, however, at this point, there is no saying how many.
Because this is going to be a crazy love story, there will, of course, be star crossed lovers. However, they won't be an age restriction for these lovers. The female power will be overwhelming as well, in a very "Romeo and Juliet" sort of way. There will definitely be something about fated love from the wrong side of the tracks sort of thing going on in season three.
While this might not be a lot to go on, this is quite a few more solid details than fans were given before. Are you excited to see what season three will be about?
