Actor Ryan Gosling proudly took his mother Donna Gosling to the premiere of his film, Warner Bros. Pictures “Gangster Squad” at Grauman's Chinese Theatre on January 7, 2013 in Hollywood, California.
Gosling looked sharp in his three-piece camel colored suit, crisp white shirt, black tie and retro-style black leather basketweave oxfords, while Mom Donna looked lovely in her black dress, topped with a pewter brocade coat, accessorizing with silver necklace, a tapestry handbag and black suede sandals.
Costars Giovanni Ribisi, Robert Patrick, Anthony Mackie, Josh Brolin, James Hebert, Josh Pence and Michael Pena looked equally dapper in their suits…
Only Sean Penn seemed to look a bit out-of-place, extremely casually attired in his blue jeans, blue polo shirt and a blue canvas jacket, teamed with beige suede shoes. He apparently didn’t get the memo to wear a suit – the Fashion Police will be harsh!
Gangster Squad chronicles the story of how LAPD had to fight hard to keep out East Coast Mafia types out of Los Angeles during the 1940s and 1950s.
Directed by Ruben Fleischer, the film also stars Sean Penn, Josh Brolin and Emma Stone.
Emma Stone looked glamorous in her strapless red dress and red pumps, accessorizing with contrasting black necklace and a black jeweled brooch at the waist.
Actress Kim Raver too wore red, in the way of a peplum topped front-zippered knee-length dress, accessorized with a thick golden cuff and unusual black peeptoe pumps.
Costar Mireille Enos looked stunning in her long-sleeved white gown with silver detailing as she attended with husband Alan Ruck (of Ferris Bueller fame!), who looked dapper in his dark suit, white shirt and pearl grey tie.
