The North Tonawanda, N.Y. police are looking for Ryan Carr, a 25-year-old man who is wanted on outstanding warrants, including first degree criminal contempt and second degree aggravated harassment, WIVB-TV reported on Friday, Jan. 11. Police say Carr may pose a threat to a domestic violence victim and police officers.
North Tonawanda police say the charges against Ryan Carr stem from four pending cases in North Tonawanda City Court for domestic incidents.
Ryan Carr will fight police if confronted, authorities say. Police report that they have seen an increasing amount of violence towards Carr’s victim, as well as people who have witnessed the domestic incidents involving Carr and his victim.
Police describe police as Ryan Carr as a white male, 5’11”, weighing approximately 180 pounds. Car has brown hair and blue eyes. North Tonwanda police ask that anyone who sees Carr call 911 immediately.
Anyone who has information on Ryan Carr’s whereabouts that leads to his arrest could be eligible for a $1,000 reward. Please call 867-6161 with your tips.
