Philadelphia native and Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan says he is fully recovered from his sprained left AC joint.

He suffered this loss in the NFC Championship game when the Falcons lost to the San Francisco 49ers. After the game, he was given a three-to-four week recovery timeframe.

It appears like he has healed in the time frame that was expected. He has since started working in the weight room to prepare for this upcoming season.

He will be a 100% going into the Falcons offseason program that starts on April 24th.
