From fresh oysters and Natty Bohs to martinis and artichoke & crab dip, Rusty Scupper’s happy hour has been the best kept secret in Baltimore and it’s getting even better. Rusty Scupper Restaurant & Bar announced today the launch of an expanded happy hour menu that will offer more food and drink options at nearly half their regular price.
During happy hour, guests can fill their table with a variety of items including fresh seafood, hot starters, soups, salads and sandwiches. Appetizers and starters include crab bruschetta ($8.00), fresh oysters ($9.00), calamari ($7.00), coconut fried shrimp ($7.00), mussels marinara ($6.00) and plum ginger BBQ pork ribs ($6.00). Some of the featured soup and salad options are Maryland crab and cream of crab soups ($7.50 for a bowl and $5.00 for a cup), Caesar salad ($4.00) and field green salad ($4.00). The lump crab cake sandwich ($9.00) and 1Ž2 pound black angus burger ($7.00) are also available.
Happy hour drink specials include Bud Light and Natty Boh bottles for $3.00, classic and apple martinis for $5.50, house wine for $5.50 and cocktails such as an ice pick, gin & tonic, sea breeze and bay breeze for $5.00.

The Rusty Scupper is located on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor at the Inner Harbor Marina (402 Key Highway). The restaurant serves lunch Monday through Saturday starting at 11:30 AM, dinner seven days a week and a Live-Jazz brunch on Sundays from 10:45 AM to 2:00 PM. Happy Hour specials at the bar are offered Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. A complimentary shuttle service is available to guests within the city limits Monday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to close.
