Some of the shrimp items on the menu are popcorn shrimp, coconut fried shrimp and crab stuffed shrimp. Starting today, patrons can feast on a few new shrimp inspired dishes. The shrimp bruschetta has “toasted ciabatta with goat cheese spread and topped with grilled shrimp and balsamic reduction.” The Baltimore peel & eat shrimp is made with “half pound of large shrimp, steamed with potatoes and onions and tossed with Old Bay.” One new shrimp entrée is blackened shrimp served with smoked gouda grits. The other new shrimp entrée is a plum BBQ shrimp which is “served with Asian slaw and wild rice medley.”
In addition to the new shrimp inspired appetizers, Rusty Scupper will be debuting new martini specials. The Tiramisu Martini is made with “RumChata, dark and white Crème de Cacao and chocolate syrup.” The Scupper-tini has “Absolut Vodka, Sour Apple Pucker, Blue Curacao, cranberry juice, fresh lime and a lemon twist.” The final new drink is the Espresso Martini which is made with “Svedka vanilla vodka, Kahlua coffee liqueur, Frangelico, Bailey’s Irish Cream and Caffe Espresso.” These drinks will be available for a limited time.
