Rusty Scupper adds four new shrimp dishes in March

Shrimp scampi, popcorn shrimp, coconut fried shrimp and crab stuffed shrimp are just a few of the shrimp favorites already available at Rusty Scupper. On March 1, Rusty Scupper introduced several new shrimp dishes to its lunch and dinner menu as part of a month-long shrimp promotion.

The restaurant is offering two new shrimp appetizers: a shrimp bruschetta served on toasted ciabatta with a goat cheese spread and topped with grilled shrimp, a tomato mixture and balsamic reduction ($14), as well as Baltimore peel & eat shrimp made with a half pound of large shrimp, steamed with potatoes and onions and tossed with Old Bay ($14). The restaurant will also offer two new shrimp entrees: the blackened shrimp served with smoked gouda grits ($26) and plum BBQ shrimp served with Asian slaw and wild rice medley ($26). Both entrees feature eight large shrimp.

In addition to these shrimp dishes, the restaurant will also offer a series of martini specials. These include the Tiramisu Martini made with RumChata, dark and white Crème de Cacao and chocolate syrup ($9); the Scupper-tini that features Absolut Vodka, Sour Apple Pucker, Blue Curacao, cranberry juice, fresh lime and a lemon twist ($9.00); and the Espresso Martini made with Svedka vanilla vodka, Kahlua coffee liqueur, Frangelico, Bailey’s Irish Cream and Caffe Espresso ($11).
