Russell Brand is not impressed with Katy Perry and John Mayer’s relationship. According to a Feb. 7 Too Fab interview, Howard Stern chatted with Brand about Perry and Mayer during a recent interview.

Russell said Mayer is a womanizer, but he’s had to work at letting Katy go and fighting the urge to protect her since their divorce. John Mayer has been linked to a slew of women before Perry, including Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Taylor Swift.

Brand and Katy Perry divorced just over a year after marrying in elaborate ceremony in India, complete with elephants. Russell said he is not currently dating anyone and is focused on his TV show and yoga.

Russell Brand is an interesting man with a unique sense of humor. In the same interview with Howard Stern, Russell mentioned wanted to sleep with the Queen of England. Brand himself interviewed the Westboro Baptist church last year in a respectful and curious manner, showing he’s much more than just a partying comedian.
