On Tuesday this week Rush Limbaugh assessed the beginning of President Obama’s second term based on his inaugural address as a declaration of war to destroy conservative Christians of the Tea Party and eliminate Republicans and any opposition to his rule. Limbaugh says Obama is all about tearing up the Constitution and remaking America as a country “of the government, by the government, for the government.” Bill O’Reilly has been agreeing with Rush that Obama’s agenda is destroying the economy and will eventually bring about the collapse of America. Members of the liberal media have been urging the president to fulfill the destruction of the Republican Party, disarm citizens even if it means killing them in the name of “stopping gun violence,” and taking absolute control of the government.
Obama more akin to Hitler than Reagan
Moderate Republicans are running scared, according to Limbaugh, trying to hide from Obama’s revenge and hold onto what little power they have. Rush pointed out that even conservatives are quiet as the media rises up without restraint in their full-throated voice of love and adoration for Obama. He referred back to Newt Gingrich’s statement that “the era of Reagan is over,” not as angry conservatives did when they rebelled against the idea, but as a fact that the majority of Americans now believe in government handouts over personal responsibility. Former Speaker Newt Gingrich, the only Speaker to lead the House in balancing the federal budget in the last fifty years, lost to Mitt Romney in his bid to represent Republicans in the 2012 presidential race.
The Tea Party continues to stand up for the Constitution and against unlimited government. Although their favorite congressmen and women are not in the forefront visibly fighting Obama and the Democrats, they trust their representatives will stand against the Democrats continuing to spend wildly without passing a budget. FreedomWorks and other Tea Party organizations are calling for Republicans to refuse to raise the debt ceiling and put a leash on Democrat’s next trillion dollar deficit. President Obama has threatened to withhold pay for seniors and the military should they not yield to his demands.
