RuneScape player owned ports: Random event rewards nerfed, how to use post nerf

One of the features of player owned ports in RuneScape is random event rewards. For either helping the barmaid give out 20 drinks or the death lotus identify five targets, RuneScape players are rewarded with three random items a day.

Items include boosts to all four ship stats, rerolls for four ports daily allotments, and special rewards that provide temporary or permanent ship boosts. There is a maximum three in each slot, a few slots are limited to one or two items.

By filling the slots, RuneScape players would receive an item of a different slot. This could basically allow RuneScape players to forgo using common rewards in favor of rarer or more useful ones, such as life boats, adventurer rerolls, and voyage rerolls. If used when out of adventurers or voyages, they allowed the RuneScape player to make faster progress in the port.

Unfortunately, random event rewards are nerfed. Now, if there is the maximum three items, the item that is rolled is still rolled, but is wasted as the slot is full. Because of the nerf, RuneScape players now are encouraged to use their resources.

This nerf follows up a previous nerf that made fortune of the sea and lotus tint spectacles temporary.
