RuneScape player owned ports: Crew available in the hook (slate) region

RuneScape players are given a new set of crew upon entering the hook region. Hook region crew start out at a level comparable to medium to high level skull crew, making all but the siren whaleriders expendable upon availability of higher crew.

Skill crew are blazing lantern clansmen at 500 morale, golden katana clansmen at 500 combat, and storm riders clansmen at 500 seafaring. They quickly will surpass the eastern crew who are about level six and 550 at this point and should be purchased as soon as available.

Fireworks expert is available and grants 1200 speed, but RuneScape players may not always be able to include him on the crew, especially if using another specialist.

Trader gives 20% bonus loot on the voyage. He can be slipped in with easier voyages and easily hit 100%. With a base of 150 morale he does contribute a bit as well, to some voyages.

Soothsayer gives a better chance at receiving a random port event after a voyage, while contributing some seafaring bonus.

Slate golem offers a balance of combat and morale and upgrades the previous golem. Feral Chimera unlocks upon completion of chimera straits, these enhanced combat-morale hybrids should be recruited and trained. As a hybrid with the combat stats of a clansman and the morale of an eastern bannerman, they are useful on hybrid voyages into the bowl region.
