RuneScape players looking to train magic or make money have the option to cast high alchemy on items at level 55 magic. This RuneScape high alchemy guide looks at iron weapons and armor.
RuneScape players have a grand exchange buy limit of 100 every four hours. The off-hand variant always has the same value as the main hand item.
Old school players will need to make sure the combined price of both the item and the nature rune are equal or less than the return. Most iron items result in absorbing a loss most of the time.
Items not listed have a high alchemy value that is too low to even be worthwhile and are better off being dumped on the grand exchange or the general store.
High alch values of iron armor are as follows. Iron (med.) helm, 50gp; iron full helm, 92; square shield, 100; kite shield, 142; chainbody, 126; plate legs, 168; plate skirt, 168; and platebody 338.
For iron weapons, scimitar is 67 coins, longsword is 84, war hammer is 134, battle axe is 109, and two hand sword is 168.
In most cases, buying may not be advisable but high alching items in possession is worthwhile.
