The item is best reclaimed by killing the wolf and receiving as a drop. There is no need to reclaim from the NPC by the house portal.
Hati attacks long range with magic and will use melee when up close. Hati has no weaknesses, and is immune to stun. Therefore, stun attacks will do the damage effect instead.
Hati has a large number of hitpoints, so it is possible to use several full momentum attacks on him. The saradomin godsword special while praying deflect magic kept pace with the health and prayer drain for the author.
