Start by using a fairy ring. The RuneScape player is taken to a small room, talk to fairy very wise who enables the RuneScape player to access the fairy queen hideout with one dial and teleports the RuneScape player there.
Talk to the Fairy Queen and the Tooth Fairy; watch the film projector when told to do so per Tooth Fairy to get battle instructions. Teeth can be grown in special farming patches. The first mission is to retrieve the tooth fairy’s wand. Go northwest; take hammer and secateurs, use secateurs with hammer to make tooth extractor.
Go to Zanaris. Here, grab Nuff’s certificate from his room. Go to the building northwest of bank, use extractor to pick door lock. Gnarly has the wand, talk him into accepting milk, then talk him into giving the wand, agree to take him to the tooth fairy.
Use fairy ring to go to tooth fairy. Dialing the coordinates off the menu requires only one code now. Return the wand. The test has been successfully completed and it is time for some active tooth duty.
