RuneScape Christmas Event 2011 takes place in the wizard’s tower. The December 20, 2011 release mixed things up from the customary location near Falador.

To get to the wizard tower, use Lumbridge teleport and head west, then south across the bridge. Alternatively, head south from Draynor, accessible by members using amulet of glory.
Speak with Wizard Sinterklaas who is found outside the wizard’s tower. Agree to help. Enter the portal by the wall of the tower. Sedridor inside inquires; offer your services and he will say who needs help with what.
