The 4th Annual ODDyssey Half Marathon on June 9, 2013 is adding one big new twist: one runner will have the chance to take home a $30,000 down payment for a new house, sponsored by OCF Realty.
The ODDyssey Half Marathon is Philadelphia's spring half with a different course than all of the other Philadelphia races, starting and finishing at the Please Touch Museum in Fairmount Park.
The ODDyssey is known for its fun and optional twists throughout the course and includes a costume contest, and free massages and beer at the finish line.
OCF Realty is sponsoring a challenge. Each runner who successfully completes the OCF challenge and all age group winners will have their name put into a raffle. The winning raffle ticket will have the opportunity to attempt one sixty- foot cornhole toss to win a $30,000.00 down payment on a house!
“We are really excited to partner with the ODDyssey Half Marathon," says Ori Feibush, President of OCF Realty. “It is the perfect time for a contest like this. The housing market is heating up again, mortgage rates are very low and prices are starting to rise. I think for the past couple of years, people have been reserved about buying a home. With the market improving, this contest invites runners to start dreaming again.” It begs the question, “If you won, where in Philadelphia would you want to buy?”
OCF Realty specializes in property management, commercial and residential leasing, and real estate sales and development.
