Run or Walk your way to the 8th annual WTTW Kids Fun and Run

If you have not signed up yet for the WTTW Kids Fun and Run, you should!  If your child is a fan of Arther Reed, Martha Speaks, Curious George, Word World and all the other educational programs WTTW Kids offers, then you better sprint to register by August 5th before the event sells out!

This year’s celebration will feature live music from Ralph's World performing their critically-acclaimed, totally enjoyable music for adults and kids alike. Favorite WTTW walk-around characterswill be on hand for hugs and photographs, including Sesame Street’s Elmo, Grover, and Cookie Monster; Arthur, D.W. and Buster from Arthur; WordGirl; Sid the Science Kid; Clifford; Ruff Ruffman from Fetch; DOG and DUCK from WordWorld; Buddy from Dinosaur Train; and longtime children’s favorite, Curious George.

Other attractions include complimentary food and beverage, strolling entertainment, children’s performers from the Old Town School of Folk Music, giant inflatables for climbing and sliding, activities and crafts, and live performances from Miss Lori of Miss Lori’s CAMPUS.

Time:  The 5K Fun Run will kick off at 9:00 a.m. 

General Entry Fee:  $30 per adult and $15 per child under the age of 13 (Children under the age of 24 months are free, but will not receive a t-shirt or goodie bag unless they have a paid registration)

WTTW Members Fee:  $20 per adult and $10 per child under the age of 13 and a special pre-race concert with Ralph's World at 8:00 a.m.  Just bring your WTTW Members Card to the Performance Tent.
