On Monday, Jan. 28, Lebron James and other key players from the Miami Heat paid President Barack Obama a visit inside of the White House.
The reason for the team’s presence was for Obama to congratulate them on their 2012 championship run.
James personally seemed elated to be invited, jokingly claiming “Mama, I made it.”
And while things seem to be grand in James’ life, with the Heat presently in first place in the Eastern Conference at the moment with a 28-13 record, there may be some drama brewing behind the scenes.
According to a report from MediaTakeOut.com on Tuesday, Jan. 29, James’ fiancé Savannah Brinson was nowhere to be found during yesterday’s White House festivities.
According to an insider, “Lebron didn’t say why she wasn’t there and no one asked. It was weird though.”
The site went on to highlight the fact that rumors are circulating that James may be having trouble in his relationship.
It remains to be seen if there are any substance to the rumors at this time, however.
The Heat face the Brooklyn Nets tomorrow night inside of the Barclays Center.
