Rumored ‘Pokemon X’ and ‘Pokemon Y’ Pokedex details revealed (Photos)

More rumors have popped up online regarding the upcoming Nintendo 3DS exclusive video games, “Pokemon X” and “Pokemon Y.” According to a report by the NeoGAF forum on Feb. 23, the Pokedex will now look like a “tablet with a 3D display.” The device can be used to check out the battle cries, descriptions, locations and models of the creatures. You can also compare the measurements and weights of one Pokemon with another in addition to reading notes from other players. Several screenshots from the handheld role-playing games can be found in the slideshow at the top of this article.

Pokemon X” and “Pokemon Y,” which are being developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo, will be coming out for the Nintendo 3DS portable gaming system in the North American region later this year. Six new Pokemons, including two legendaries and three starters, have been revealed so far for the sixth generation installment from the long-running role-playing series.
