Wrestling News World.com is reporting the following list of names could join Mick Foley in the 2013 WWE Hall of Fame class:
D-Generation-X – Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Sean Waltman, Billy Gunn and Road Dogg
The Kliq – Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Sean Waltman
Bob Backlund
Kamala
Bruno Sammartino
Obviously, Sammartino has been rumored for months now and it’s been reported numerous times that Triple H is lobbying very hard to get him to accept a spot. Backlund is a no brainer while Kamala would be fine considering some of the other former stars that have inducted. Lastly, to have Triple H go in with D-X or The Kliq before going in on his own seems silly to me. Time will tell what WWE decides to do.
ESPN.com has a WWE power rankings list on the video game portion of the website. WWE Champion CM Punk is No. 1, followed by The Rock. The rest of the top five include Dolph Ziggler, World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio and John Cena. This is the first time I’ve seen the list posted so it’s possible it could be a weekly thing over at the ‘Worldwide Leader’.
