Rudyard's British Pub presents Founders Brewing

Rudyard’s British Pub is Houston landmark with a penchant for great food and beer. Over the past couple of years, Rudyard’s has brought together the goodness of beer and food at its monthly beer dinners. The first such dinner for 2014 is now set and it features one of the nation’s most renowned breweries. Here are the facts:

Event: Rudyard’s January Beer Dinner

Location: Rudyard’s British Pub, 2010 Waugh Dr., Houston, TX

Date and Time: Thursday, January 30, 2104 at 7 p.m.

For this first beer dinner of 2014, Rudyard’s is hosting none other than Founders Brewing, a Michigan- based brewery with an overflowing trophy case of awards and vast critical acclaim. Joining with Rudyard’s staff will be Jim Prince, a Founders Brewing rep who is traveling all the way from the brewery’s home base in Grand Rapids, Michigan to enlighten guests on the different flavors and characteristics of Founders’ products.

Rudyard’s will serve up some of Founders finest beers for this dinner with a lineup that includes:

  • Centennial IPA
  • Red’s Rye IPA
  • Dry- Hopped Pale Ale
  • Imperial Stout
  • Porter

Each of the above five beers will be paired with one of five courses. The price for the event is only $45 per person if purchased before Sunday, January 27, 2014. After that date, the price per ticket will increase to $50 per person.
