Rubio and Start Up 2.0

A bill is floating in DC called Start up 2.0. This bill would be putting a priority in the entrepreneurial spirit and in creating jobs in America. This is a senate bill co-sponsored by Republicans like Rubio and other democratic Senators. You can read about how wxempting capital gains could brings lots of money for investing in start-ups. It also talks about creating an entrepreneurial visa bringing foreign capital and investments to America. This could bring new jobs to America.

(4) To get Americans back to work, entrepreneurs must be free to innovate, create new companies, and hire employees. "
