This is a senate bill co-sponsored by Republicans like Rubio and other democratic Senators. You can read about how wxempting capital gains could brings lots of money for investing in start-ups. It also talks about creating an entrepreneurial visa bringing foreign capital and investments to America. This could bring new jobs to America.
