Rubicon Cross, the lovechild of FireHouse vocalist CJ Snare and guitarist Chris Green of the bands Pride and Furyon, may have been a long time in the making - but the big moment is almost here.

Having originally met backstage at a rock festival in Madrid some years ago, Snare and Green forged a close friendship so it was only natural that the two would share the stage in their own band one day. What Snare had initially wanted to create as a solo effort that had a heavier sound than FireHouse instead became a much more involved joint effort with Green. Adding Pride/Furyon bassist Simon Farmery, Seventh Omen drummer Robert Behnke and second guitarist Jeff Lerman, Rubicon Cross was born.

This coming Thursday, May 15, Rubicon Cross will be taking the stage at H.O.M.E. Bar in Arlington Heights. Fozzy featuring Chris Jericho and Heavens Basement will be playing as well.

"I really can't wait to finally bring the music to the people and rip some faces off in the process," says Rubicon Cross drummer Robert Behnke, "The fans have been waiting a long time to see us live and we won't disappoint them!"

Come out and see these guys belt out their long-awaited tunes including "Bleed With Me" - the first release featured in their killer new video.

The future looks bright for Rubicon Cross - so be sure to check these guys out now in your own backyard before they start rocking across the planet. The time to make plans for the week ahead is now - get your tickets here!
