This December 31, Live Nation, RPM presents, and Nassau Coliseum will be teaming-up to host the ultimate New Year’s Eve celebration in the tri-state area for EDM fans as in-demand EDM artist, deadmau5, dominates the Nassau Coliseum and counts-down the final seconds of 2013 in a “one of-a-kind,” “unhooked” performance like no other.
Presented by Live Nation and RPM presents, tri-state EDM fans will finally have an opportunity to experience powerhouse-producer deadmau5 live, which New York City fans have been yearning for almost two years now. Since his last performance at New York’s Pier 36 at New Year’s 2012, fans have been waiting for the artist’s name to grace the bills of local clubs and festivals. With such a high-in-demand and selective tour schedule, fans will not want to wait another two years for this opportunity to arise again. Tickets for deadmau5 New Years Eve at Nassau Coliseum are on sale now via Ticket master here.
This announcement comes after the recent compilation release of We Are Friends Vol. 2, available now on mau5trap. The compilation features brand-new music from deadmau5 including a hand-picked selection of tracks from the label's artists. Fans can preview the release and purchase at the compilation at the following link here via Beatport.
In conjunction with We Are Friends Volume 2, Kairo Kingdom, who appears twice on the track-listing with “Machine Empire” and “3030” is offering a 30-minute mix as well via Soundcloud. Fans can check-out Kairo Kingdom’s We Are Friends mix here.
In a press release, Kairo Kingdom stated,
"We already had a track on the first Hi, We Are Friends compilation so we're really happy to be involved with two tracks on Volume 2,” says the German duo. “The cool thing about projects like this (and mau5trap in general) is that you can also showcase music that isn't necessarily dance-floor banger stuff. So we can't think of a better home for 'Machine Empire' than mau5trap!"
