The Ultimate Fighter 10: The Heavyweights Finale went off live from the Pearl at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas tonight on Spike TV. A night of surprisingly exciting fights, the results and main card play-by-play can be seen here.
Kimbo Slice vs. Houston Alexander was probably the most anticipated match up of the evening, but there were other intriguing, as well as exciting fights on the card.
Marcus "Big Baby" Jones vs. Matt "Meat Head" Mitrione in their grudge match was the main card opening fight, and was a great way to open the evening. The main event of the fight card was Roy "Big Country" Nelson taking on Brendan "The Hybrid" Schaub for the title of Ultimate Fighter and the coveted six-figure contratct.
