The rowing season has been long over, though before you know it the spring season will be wetting your legs as you wet dock. As the winter frivolously fills the ground with white powder, creates a glass like structure over our water ways, what to do? Prepare! If you happen to have access to a rowing tank, then luck you. Though for the most part rowers will be stuck to, drum roll please... an ergometer!
The ergometer will bring forth a great exercise while keeping you in form for the spring. Now is the time to work on the technique. Do not become sloppy to just for a different workout. Stay true to the rowing form.
If you happen to be out of shape since the season has ended, thank you Thanksgiving Day, darn turkey and stuffing! Do not wait any longer to work to get back into shape! Now is the time! Hit up that gym, get on the erg, and ERG!
