2013 National Finals Rodeo results from round 4

Tonight is Round 4 of the 2013 National Finals Rodeo live from Las Vegas.

As Round 4 of the National Finals Rodeo goes into the record books, let’s take a look at the record times and scores from previous Round 4 winners.

Bareback Riding: Will Lowe scored 90.5 points in 2004 riding Andrews Rodeo’s ‘Roly Poly’
Team Roping: Brady Tryan and Jake Long won Round 4 in 2010 with a time of 3.5 seconds
Saddle Bronc Riding: Jesse Kruse and Jesse Wright each scored 90 points in 2009 and 2012, respectfully
Tie-down Roping: Last night’s winner Cody Ohl posted a time of 6.6 seconds in 2009
Barrel Racing: Sherry Cervi won Round 4 in 2012 with a time of 13.67 seconds
Bull Riding: In 2001, Jesse Bail scored a 92 riding ‘Buff Daddy’; Paolo Crimber matched the score in 2004 on ‘Black Sabbath’, both from Burns Rodeo

And now the results from Round 4 of the 2013 National Finals Rodeo.

Bareback Riding (Full Results)
With a score of 86, Jessy Davis rode ‘Raggidy Ann’ for First Place and take home $18,629.81.
Ryan Gray took Second Place with his score of 84.5 after riding ‘Kattle Katie’ earning him $14,723.56.
Will Lowe took Third Place with a score of 84 with his ride on ‘Wild & Blue’ to add $11,117.79 to his earnings.

Steer Wrestling (Full Results)
Dean Gorsuch posted a blazing time of 3.10 to take First Place and the check for $18,629.81.
Bray Armes took Second Place with a time of 3.5, earning him a $14,723.56.
K.C. Jones posted a time of 3.6 to take Third Place and take home $11,117.79.

Team Roping (Full Results - Headers, Heelers)
Nick Sartain and Rich Skelton won the round with a time of 4.2, earning them $18,629.81.
Kaleb Driggers and Travis Graves took Second Place with their time of 4.9 and each took checks for $14,723.56.
Third Place went to Clay Tryan and Jade Corkill after they posted a time of 5.2, which earned them $11,117.79.

Saddle Bronc (Full Results)
Jake Wright posted a score of 86 after his ride on ‘Kid Rock’ to win the round and take the check for $18,629.81.
Second Place went to last night’s top rider Wade Sundell who rode ‘Cow Camp’ for a score of 83 earning him $14,723.56.
Tyler Corringtom scored an 82.5 to take Third Place after he rode ‘Tipped Off’, earning him a check for $11,117.79.

Tie-Down Roping (Full Results)
Cody Ohl took First Place for the second straight night, this time sharing it with Ryan Jarrett. Both riders posted times of 6.9 earning them each $16,676.68.
Third Place went to Trevor Brazile after he turned in a time of 7.0 to take home $11,117.79.

Barrel Racing (Full Results)
Taylor Jacob posted a time of 13.49 to take First Place for back-to-back rounds, adding another $18,629.81 to her winnings.
Second Place went to Kaley Bass after she posted a time of 13.77, earning her a check for $14,723.56.
Sherry Cervi continues to add to her winnings after placing Third with her time of 13.81 putting a check in her pockets for $11,117.79.

Bull Riding (Full Results)
J.W. Harris posted a score of 88.5 after riding ‘Medicine Show’ to win the round and take home a check for $18,629.81.
Trevor Kastner and Chandler Bownds each scored 87.5 to tie for Second Place with their respective rides on ‘Yakity Yak’ and ‘Tid’. Both riders earned $12,920.67 for their efforts.
Tied for Fourth Place were Steve Woolsey, riding ‘Footloose’, and Tyler Smith on ‘Fire Show’, each posting scores of 86 to take checks for $6,310.09.

Crown Royal Riders Recap
With Steve Woolsey riding ‘Footloose’ for a qualifying ride of 86, Crown Royal will donate another $1,000.00 to the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund!
