According to the National Lacrosse League website on Saturday, the Calgary Roughnecks defeated the Minnesota Swarm 15-13 on Saturday in professional lacrosse action from the United States.

Trailing 7-6 at halftime, the Roughnecks dominated the third quarter as they outscored the Swarm 5-2.

Attacker Curtis Dickson of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia notched five goals, while forward Shawn Evans recorded eight assists.

With the victory, the Roughnecks improve to 3-3 in the Western Division standings, but still find themselves in the very unfamiliar position of being behind the Edmonton Rush. The Rush are a perfect 6-0 this season and are leading the Roughnecks by three full games.

Calgary's next game will be February 15 when they play host to the Vancouver Stealth at the Scotiabank Saddledome. The Roughnecks will have their next three games in Calgary as they will also play host to the Rochester Knighthawks on February 22 and the Toronto Rock on March 1.
