The annual Rough Rider’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place this Saturday, March 16th, 2013 at 8:00pm.
Before the commencement of the parade at 8:00pm, there will be live entertainment and food throughout the Historic Ybor City. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade will stroll down 7th Avenue in Ybor City consisting of more than one hundred floats.
Some of Gasparilla’s famous Krewes will join in on this truly Irish celebration, and will perhaps even bring some of their loot with them. Local businesses will also join in on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade fun.
Though the parade will begin at 8:00pm, parade viewers are encouraged to arrive at 7th Avenue in Ybor City very early to obtain a good spot to view all of the fun. Parking can be found at several parking lots that will charge a small fee for event parking and also Ybor City parking garages for event parking.
