A new restaurant has opened at a Broadway location in Rotterdam that has seen several predecessors come and go.

Jasmine Thai has opened at 2717 Broadway, between Bruno and Summer streets, a location that once was home to McLane's Restaurant and New England Café.

The menu for the new Schenectady County spot is traditional Thai cuisine. No liquor license has been issued.

Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Phone: 346-9990.
