Rosie O'Donnell talks about split from Kelli Carpenter on The Howard Stern Show
Rosie O'Donnell gave a candid interview to Howard Stern on Monday morning's edition of The Howard Stern Show. Rosie O'Donnell spoke about her highly publicized split from Kelli Carpenter, talked about future plans for her family and let Howard Stern ruminate on her potential future romantic partners.
Howard Stern prefaced the discussion about Rosie O'Donnell's split from Kelli Carpenter by saying that he and Rosie had talked by phone over the weekend about limiting their Howard Stern Show on-air discussion about the split for the sake of the children involved. Howard Stern, who went through a divorce from his first wife Alison in 2001, said he could relate to Rosie O'Donnell's concerns.
Despite the disclaimer, Rosie O'Donnell proceeded to reveal some previously unreported details about the split. Howard Stern wanted to know if sexual issues had caused the rift.
Rosie O'Donnell was firm in her response. "Kelli and I had a lot of issues and sex wasn't one of them."
Rosie O'Donnell then stated: "We will stay a family. The children are the priority. We both continue to parent them and will continue to parent them. I never expected to be in this situation. I don’t think she [Kelli] ever expected to be in that situation”
Rosie O'Donnell appeared on The Howard Stern Show to promote her new weekday satellite radio broadcast "Rosie Radio" which will be broadcast for two hours a day from her home. Rosie O'Donnell told Howard Stern being able to work from home will create stability for her family during a time of turmoil.
"Rosie Radio" premieres on Sirius Stars Channel 105 on November 2nd at 10:00AM.

Seriously....This was suppose to interesting? You would think with these two, and their blunt opinons on everyone else, that they wouldn't have been so discreet in the taboo details others hold private.
