Rosie O'Donnell adopts for the fourth time, beating Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (Video)

It’s another girl for Rosie O’Donnell. Rosie and her wife, Michelle Rounds, have announced the addition of a baby girl to their family through adoption, according to a Jan. 10 Digital Spy report.

The couple’s daughter was born on Saturday, Jan. 5. O’Donnell tweeted that both moms are happy and that baby Dakota is healthy and doing well.

Dakota has an army of siblings ready to help take care of her and spoil her rotten. Rosie began publically talking about building her family through adoption in the 90s – long before Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt brought adoption to the forefront. O’Donnell is the mother of three adopted teenagers, plus one biological child in addition to the new baby.

Michelle had tumors removed in June and Rosie suffered a heart attack in August. If anything can inspire them to feel better and take good care of themselves, it’s a sweet new baby girl to snuggle and adore.

Brad and Angie only have three adoptions, so perhaps this will bump Rosie up to the most famous adoptive parent in America. At any rate, congrats Rosie O’Donnell and family!
