We love to be scared even when Halloween is months away.
The TV remake of Rosemary's Baby, starring Zoe Saldana and Patrick J. Adams , is a good place to start.
It arrives on Blu-ray (plus Digital HD), DVD (plus Digital) and Digital HD August 19, from Lionsgate Home Entertainment. Based on the best-selling suspense novel by Ira Levin, Rosemary’s Baby features a teleplay by James Wong and Scott Abbott and is directed by Agnieszka Holland. Also starring Jason Isaacs and Carole Bouquet, the Rosemary’s Baby Blu-ray and DVD each include two featurettes.
Set in present-day France, Rosemary’s Baby centers on a young married couple that escapes New York and moves to Paris with hopes of leaving their sad past behind. After a series of unfortunate events, Rosemary and Guy Woodhouse are presented with an offer they can't refuse–an apartment at the most prestigious address in the city. Problem is, it comes with a haunted past, and an immeasurable price.

Inspired by actual events, the thriller The Quiet Ones is coming to Blu-ray (plus Digital HD), DVD (plus Digital), Video on Demand and Pay-Per-View on August 19 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment. The eerie supernatural story will be available two weeks earlier on Digital HD August 5. The film stars Jared Harris, Sam Claflin, Erin Richards, Rory Fleck-Byrne and Olivia Cooke.
When a crazed university professor (Harris) and his team of students set out to cure a disturbed patient, the unthinkable happens. Trusting in their leader and his motives, Brian (Claflin) and his fellow students find themselves far from help...and all too close to a sinister force they never suspected.
The Quiet Ones Blu-ray exclusive material includes the Welcome to the Experiment: Making The Quiet Ones featurette that takes viewers behind-the-scenes of the unforgettable thriller as well as the Manifesting Evil: Visual Effects featurette. The Blu-ray and DVD both include audio commentary with director John Pogue and producer Tobin Armbrust, deleted scenes and a gag reel.
