Derrick Rose agreed to a ‘lifetime’ deal with Adidas, signing an extension with the German sports apparel brand that could pay him up to as much as $260 million through the length of the contract.
The deal – which was agreed on in principle in December – was signed on Friday, initiating a busy weekend for the 23-year-old as well as Adidas.
Rose visited fans at the Foot Locker in Florida Mall to help celebrate the launch of the All-Star colorway of the new adiZero Rose 2.5.
He also made several of other appearances at events and parties throughout the weekend and also took in some of the festivaties of All-Star weekend.
He capped off his time in Orlando by scoring 14 points, shooting 6 of 8 from the floor in 18 minutes of action.
