Rosanne Cash playing CSUN's Valley Performing Arts Center this Saturday

The Valley Performing Arts Center, the newly-opened performance hall at California State University Northridge, will host a concert featuring singer-songwriter Rosanne Cash this Saturday, March 19.

Cash is the eldest daughter of country/rock legend Johnny Cash and his first wife Vivian Liberto. After her parents divorced, Cash was raised by her mother in Los Angeles. Her father's next wife, singer June Carter, served as an influence to young Rosanne's musical aspirations.

In her career, which has spanned over thirty years, Cash has released twelve albums across a wide array of musical styles, including country, rock, and pop. Her music has been widely praised for its ability to appeal to a variety of listeners across these different styles and genres.
