Arrival Experience: This impressive brick tower is visible from afar and convenient to the S-Bahn station that leads to the airport and downtown. It is great for city center action, but is also just a few minute ride to the airport. The revolving glass door leads guests into a compact lobby with a friendly reception desk. There is not much sitting space, but most guests head directly for the room or to the riverfront just steps from the front door. Views from anywhere in the tower are exceptional, but many guests choose the downtown skyline vista.

Dining: New Brick Californian restaurant sits just off the lobby serving three meals a day with an outdoor patio popular in warmer months. The glass exhibition kitchen keeps guests clued in on the action behind the scenes. Room service operates from the same menu for those who prefer to have breakfast in bed. Behind the reception desk is the popular Harry's New York bar and lounge featuring live music and plentiful German beer and cocktails. The bar takes its name from the Harry's bar in Paris where George Gershwin is rumored to have composed "An American in Paris." Since the hotel sits just across the river from the city center, there are dozens of restaurants and cafes within a minute's walk, but the restaurant is still a popular venue and attracts local business folk during the week.

Accommodations: Spacious guest rooms are the hotel's best asset. Most are large, including several suites, with separate living and sleeping areas, gigantic bathrooms bathed in marble, kitchenettes, and modern furnishings. Atop the building are several floors of personal residences, but from floor 16 down are the guest rooms. King or double beds have firm mattresses and large pillows with the traditional German duvet. Air conditioning is in place, but windows open for fresh air and outstanding views. Flat-screen cable TVs and spacious desks with wireless high speed Internet access and safes make business travelers happy while coffee and tea makers and refrigerators are great for families.

Conclusion: Meeting space is another driver for the hotel attracting local functions and corporate groups to its conference space. Following a meeting, the indoor swimming pool suits many for a swim, and a fitness area boasts modern equipment for a sweat-inducing workout. The hotel's primary draw is its excellent location, which provides incredible views of and proximity to Frankfurt. It lacks the congestion and traffic that can sometimes clog the downtown streets, and many guests appreciate being able to jog along the Main River just outside the front door. This is a great business and leisure option with some of the best views of Frankfurt and the river in town.
