Considering how last season ended, it should be no surprise that the new season seems to pick up right where it left off, with Sam (Ben Bass) and Chloe (Priscilla Faia) in the hospital, and their loved ones and 15 Division trying to pull it together. In the "Rookie Blue" season 5 premiere, Andy (Missy Peregrym) and Dov (Gregory Smith) try to pull themselves together at an all-night diner, but while off-duty, they're caught off-guard in a volatile diner hold-up.

Meanwhile, the officers at 15 Division struggle to contain the night's collateral damage under the watchful eye of a tough new Inspector, John Jarvis (Oliver Becker). (Also joining the series this season is Matthew Owen Murray as Duncan Moore.) While he's needed back at the station, Nick (Peter Mooney) instead goes rogue to track down Sam's next of kin. In the end, Andy has to face both men she cares about and share her heart-wrenching decision, and she'll learn that sometimes making the right choice has serious consequences.

Two love triangles are on display in the "Blink" promotional photos in the slideshow. Both Wes (Clé Bennett) and Dov seem to be on their way to visit Chloe, Wes with a "Get Well Soon" bear and Dov with a bouquet of red roses. Meanwhile, it looks like Sam may have quite the recovery ahead of him (but hey, at least he's alive!), and Andy's going to be sharing at least a couple of moments with Nick.

"Rookie Blue" season 5 premieres June 19 on ABC. What do you think of the "Blink" photos?
