"Rookie Blue" season 4 comes to an end next week with episode 13, "You Can See the Stars," and on Thursday, Sept. 5, ABC released a new sneak preview teasing what happens next.
The last episode, "Under Fire," was positively heart-stopping from the first shot to the final knockout, raising the stakes on "Rookie Blue" in a way they haven't been before. In this next episode, 15 Division must continue to put the pieces together following the violent targeted attacks on its officers. Chloe's (Priscilla Faia) already in the hospital, and what will happen to her is not yet known. Andy (Missy Peregrym) lucked out when a bullet just went through her jacket. Gail (Charlotte Sullivan) and Oliver (Matt Gordon) also came under fire, luckily escaping unharmed. But as the penultimate episode ended, Kevin Ford (Michael Cram) took Oliver when he was meeting Nick (Peter Mooney) at Marlo's (Rachael Ancheril) house.
Andy, Sam (Ben Bass), and the rest of the division have to figure out a past crime to find out what happened to Oliver. Meanwhile, Dov (Gregory Smith) faces off with Wes (Clé Bennett) about what's best for Chloe (a.k.a. Wes' wife!). Finally, as the shooter's plan is finally revealed, it may be too late for some of the officers of 15.
The season 4 finale "You Can See the Stars" promo to the left begins with poor Oliver getting knocked out again by Ford, this time in the trunk of a car. "Soon everyone will know," the shooter tells the officer later as he sets up something. "What it means to suffer." He explains that he's going to shoot those who come to rescue Oliver, but when rescue shows up and Oliver yells to warn them, Ford's not there.
It's Sam who realizes what his real plan is. "The whole thing is a diversion," he tells someone on the phone as he and Andy run inside. "I think Kevin Ford is in the station." He is, and he first has his gun aimed at Nick. However, Ford shoots Sam in the stomach when he comes up the hall. Uh-oh. Could "Rookie Blue" really kill off Sam? Don’t forget to check out the photos in the slideshow for more teases about what's coming up in episode 13.
"Rookie Blue" season 4 airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on ABC. What do you think of the finale "You Can See the Stars" photos and promo?
