Ronnie Wood/Sally Humphreys wedding on the cover of Hello! magazine

The wedding of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood and theater producer Sally Humphreys graces the cover of Hello! magazine in issue number 1258, dated December 31, 2012. Hello! magazine, which bought exclusive photo rights to the wedding, says that Wood and Humphreys are donating the money that Hello! paid them to children's charities, such as the Ben Kinsilla Trust, the Tom Cocklin Memorial Trust and the Thusha Kameleswaran Appeal.

In the issue, Wood gave an exclusive interview about the wedding, which took place on December 21, 2012, at the Dorchester Hotel in London.

The article reveals that Rod Stewart was not the only best man at the nuptials. Paul McCartney also served as best man.

In the official wedding photo published by Hello! and released by Hello! to other news outlets for publicity for the issue, the newlyweds are flanked by Stewart and McCartney, while Humphreys' 7-year-old niece Heather is standing in front of the adults.

Ronnie's three biological children (son Jesse, daughter Leah and son Tyrone) were seated in the front row at the wedding. Noticeably absent was Ronnie's stepson Jamie, who is the eldest child of Wood's second ex-wife, Jo.

It's not too surprising that Jamie wasn't invited, since he said in a Daily Mail interview it was his idea to auction off many of Ronnie's personal belongings so that Jamie and Jo could get money that they say they needed. Jamie told the Daily Mail that Ronnie essentially abandoned the items when Ronnie left Jo in 2008. Ronnie publicly objected to the auction, but the auction went ahead as planned on October 27, 2012. Jamie also said in the interview that Ronnie should still feel obligated to financially support his adult children because his kids were not raised to pursue any careers.

In a few years, Ronnie, 65, may have another child as an addition to his family, since Humphreys, 34, said that she wants to have a child with him. Humphreys told the Daily Mail: "I would like children but not yet. Ronnie is relaxed about it but I just want to have some time just as ourselves."

Ronnie told Hello! that all of his children approve of his marriage to Humphreys: "They are happy to see their dad happy. They have always been very supportive of me and Sally."

Humphreys was Ronnie's date at McCartney's October 2011 wedding to McCartney's third wife, Nancy Shevell. Ronnie told Hello! magazine: "Paul was saying at the time, ‘Wow, this is wonderful, you two make a great couple."

Other couples at the wedding included McCartney and Shevell; Stewart and his third wife, Penny Lancaster; and Jesse Wood and his girlfriend Fearne Cotton, who is due to give birth to Ronnie's seventh grandchild in 2013. Jesse has two children with his ex-wife, Jamie has three kids, and Leah has one child.

The other members of the Rolling Stones (lead singer Mick Jagger, guitarist Keith Richards and drummer Charlie Watts) did not attend the wedding.

As previously reported, Humphreys wore the same wedding dress that her mother was married in, but Hello! revealed some details that were previously not made public: During the wedding ceremony, Humphreys wore a red heart-shaped pendant which Ronnie designed. And the wedding dress was restored by Tommy Hilfiger.

For the wedding reception, "the bride changed into a pink dress with tailored coat by Ted Baker while Ronnie's two suits, his ceremony attire and after suits, were both handcrafted by Jonathan Saunders. Once outside the hotel the newlyweds stopped to share their first kiss as man and wife. The new Mr. and Mrs. Wood were then joined by Rod and Penny for dinner at the Ritz."

This is the third marriage for 65-year-old Wood and the first marriage for 34-year-old Humphreys. They have known each other for several years, but the couple didn't start dating until late 2011, a year before the engagement. They went public with their romance in February 2012, and they got engaged on October 18, 2012, the night that the couple attended the London premiere of the Rolling Stones documentary "Crossfire Hurricane." In late November 2012, they filled out pre-marital paperwork at a London register office. Wood also purchased the wedding rings.

Wood was married to model Krissy Wood from 1971 to 1978. (Krissy, who was the mother of their son, Jesse, died in 1995 of a suspected Valium overdose. Jesse was born in 1977.) Ronnie and his second wife, Jo Wood (a former model), were a couple for about eight years before they got married in 1985. They have two kids together: Leah (born in 1978) and Tyrone (born in 1983). Jo's eldest child, a son named Jamie (born in 1974), is from a previous relationship. Jo and Ronnie separated in 2008, she filed for divorce in 2009, and the divorce was finalized in 2011.

January 16, 2013 update: The newlyweds spent their honeymoon on Necker Island, which is part of the British Virgin Islands. The Daily Mirror published a photo that David Hasselhoff tweeted of himself with Ronnie Wood on Necker Island while on the honeymoon.
