Ronald Dunlap, cheerleading coach from TLC's “Cheer Perfection” is back on the job, coaching young kids again. Parents of the kids are angry to have him back with their kids, because they weren't informed about it until after the fact.

Previously, Alisha, who is Ronald’s wife and co-owner of Cheer Time Revolution, suspended Ronald indefinitely. They have a zero tolerance for drug users. However, Alisha reinstated her husband temporarily. Alisha told TMZ that they were “short staffed” so they had to bring Ronald back.

Cheer Time Revolution is testing all their staff members. Alisha said that when Ronald tests clean, he would be permanently hired back on staff. Ronald was on suspension pending on the outcome of the charges.

On Jan. 15, 2014, Ronald was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was in the car with another man, Ryan Dahl. When they noticed the police officer coming toward their vehicle, they quickly tried to exit the car. The officer told them to return to their car. The officer detected a strong marijuana smell and asked them if they had any in the car. Ronald gave the officer two partially smoked marijuana cigarettes. A search of the car revealed a glass pipe and several small packages containing a green substance.

What do you think? Should he be hired back this soon after being arrested for drugs? Would you want him coaching your kids?
