Ron White now has a Mrs. Tater Salad. The Blue Collar comedian married longtime girlfriend Margo Rey in Dallas Sunday. Ron White, 56, celebrated his nuptials with his now singer-songwriter wife at the Fairmont Hotel, according to TMZ on Oct. 14.
While the gossip website reports that Frito pie was on the wedding reception menu, no word yet on whether tater salad was served as well.
The wedding celebration was said by a source to be awesome, and included famous guests. There was even a performance by collaborator John Oates of Hall & Oates fame.
Meanwhile, it was announced last week that later this month the couple will lend their newlywed status to a worthy cause.
They'll appear at the Sarasota-based charity organization, Brides Against Breast Cancer, for the "Dia de Los Muertos" Halloween night of comedy for a cause on Oct. 31.
The event will take place at the NOVA 535 event space in St. Petersburg, Fla.. White will headline the event, whose proceeds benefit the organization's Nationwide Tour of Gowns.
The non-profit helps fund free programs and services for cancer patients and their families members, throughout the state of Florida as well as nationally, according to PRWeb.
Their goal over the next year is to expand the organization's programs and services nationally through an online connection of over 100 affiliates called the Network for Building Hope.
BABC recently announced the "Say I DO" campaign, led by national ambassador Rey, herself a breast cancer survivor, and her new husband White.

Six time Billboard-charting Margo Rey, who turns 47 on Oct. 17, will perform a selection of her top hits with her band to close out the benefit.
Congratulations to the couple. And no doubt whether tater salad was served, likely some primo scotch was poured.
