Following the murder of American hero, Chris Kyle, cyberspace lit up with millions of comments by people applauding his death. Remarks included some who said, “he ‘murdered’ over a hundred and fifty Iraqis,” by people who ally themselves with the enemies of the United States against patriots like Chris Kyle. Hillary Clinton says these people are patriots, too, and have a right to disagree with any administration. She is wrong. These people do not “disagree” with a policy, they aide our enemies and cheer for the deaths of our soldiers. If they were patriots they would cheer for our soldiers regardless of whether a Republican or Democrat occupies the White House. That they come out and cheer for the murder of an American hero is proof that they are not patriots, but domestic enemies.
Ron Paul made a self-righteous condemnation of Chris Kyle and all of America’s protectors of liberty saying, “Chris Kyle’s death seems to confirm those who live by the sword, die by the sword.” Those who serve in government who serve in the military, law enforcement, and rescue services put their lives on the line everyday against to defend the people of this great nation from those who would do evil to others. Former Senator Paul, a Republican who is a favorite of the Left for his anti-military views, proves that not all those who are domestic enemies are Democrats.
Republicans lash out at Ron Paul
The difference between Right and Left, of modern conservatism and liberalism, is not two views of what is right, but the vast gap between right and wrong. Leftists see anyone, including all America soldiers and law enforcement as those who “live by the sword” and that Christ condemned them when he said, “Those who live by the sword will die by the sword.” This supreme error is proof that they lack a moral compass and cannot process the difference between those who commit murder and those who kill in defense of others.
Criminals and dictators live by the sword. They could not live as they do without the power to kill others. The soldiers and police of dictators do not protect their people, they oppress them. Criminals always act against their fellow citizens for their own interests, not caring who they harm in the process of stealing from others. That Ron Paul and those who cheer the murder of Chris Kyle cannot understand this is the clearest indication that they are not moral people, which makes Ron Paul a Leftist and not a right-winger.
Paul attempted to justify his statement saying,
As a veteran, I certainly recognize that this weekend’s violence and killing of Chris Kyle were a tragic and sad event. My condolences and prayers go out to Mr. Kyle’s family. Unconstitutional and unnecessary wars have endless unintended consequences. A policy of non-violence, as Christ preached, would have prevented this and similar tragedies. –REP
This effort to blame Kyle’s death on America’s war against Islamism is another false reference to the teachings of Christ. Jesus said, “If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also,” (Luke 6:29). This is not a directive to allow others to assault you, to offer no resistance to thieves, rapists, and murderers. A slap is an insult, not an injury. He did not say, “if someone kills your brother, give to him your son also,” or “if someone rapes your wife, give to him your daughter also.”
Mr. Paul, like all Leftists, lacks the moral compass to understand heroes and patriots like Chris Kyle who dedicate their lives protecting others from evil. Jesus never said to allow evil free reign to destroy us. There is a severe deficiency in the moral teaching of those who believe it is righteous to condemn those who die to protect their freedom.
