His stint as lead singer and lead composer of the band Aventura introduced him to the Latin community. Now, with the release of his first solo album Formula, Vol. 1, his unconventional merging of Bachata and R&B and his love of ballads and smooth vocals completes his unique, signature sound.
Born in Brooklyn, New York to Puerto Rican and Dominican parents, Romeo sang in the church choir growing up. He sings in both English and Spanish. His solo debut album features artists like Usher, Lil Wayne and Tomatito. The album features the hit song You, Promise, All Aboard and Mi Santa.
