A Rome man was sentenced today in Polk County Superior court to 30 years with 10 to serve in prison and the remainder on parole. The sentencing is in reference to rape and child molestation charges from March 19, 2009.
David Eugene Dodd, age 50, of a Rome, Ga., address remains in the Polk County jail at this time awaiting transfer to a Georgia State Prison.
