Henson stars as a down-on-his-luck painter whose soul mate unexpectantly comes into his life just as he’s lost his job and girlfriend. In a behind-the-scenes clip about the making of the movie the cast and crew talk about the film’s central theme as well as give the audience a glimpse into their characters. In a quote from the clip writer-director Mark Harris says the movie is about an emotion we all can identify with.

“It’s a story about love. It’s a story about a woman who encourages a man to believe in himself and a man who encourages a woman to believe in herself. It’s simply a movie about love.”

“Black Coffee” also stars Christian Keyes, Erica Hubbard, Lamman Rucker and Richard Gallion.
