FOR THE ROMANTIC:
SIX-COURSE APHRODISIAC DINNER IN CIOPPINO
Chef De Cuisine Ezio Gamba will be preparing a beautiful six-course meal, derived from the Greek goddess of sensuality and love, Aphrodite. Listen to this, he is going to incorporate ingredients such as fig, held sacred to the ancient Greeks associated with love and fertility; honey, consumed by honeymoons in the medieval times known to “sweeten” the marriage; and chocolate, containing a host of compounds including anandamide, releasing dopamine to the parts of the brain controlling pleasure, This menu is certain to elevate and heighten desire with each bite. The culinary journey concludes with a complimentary gift for each couple provided by the executive pastry team and Neiman Marcus.

Roses are red, violets are blue, enjoy a four-course menu with your darling for two! As romance fills the air, Executive Chef Ramesh Kaduru will prepare you a four-course meal served in the hotel’s signature restaurant, with a complimentary glass of bubbly.

NOCHE DE NOSTALGIA PRESENTS BOMBÓM DE CHOCOLATE (Sweet Chocolate)
As the sunsets over Miami, you’ll be transported to an evening reminiscent of Old Havana with cocktails in hand from the bar’s collection of 84 international rums and Valentine’s Day Chocolate Buffet, featuring a 20-foot display of chocolaty delights. This is going to be amazing. Executive Pastry Chef David Campbell and his team, hand select chocolates from around the world, dedicating more than 85 hours and 100 pounds of chocolate to this annual highly anticipated event. Before diving in, you can enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and rum tastings from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., specialty priced cocktails, and sounds from the four-piece Latin band, Grupo Nostalgia and resident DJ spinning Latin sounds.
