Roman Catholic Church shaken pope steps down

The question going through the Catholic faith community right now is what is the fate of the Vatican. This question comes to surface as Pope Benedict XVI has announced his resignation as of February 28, 2013. This resignation has shaken the Catholic community and is a matter of the future survival of the Vatican. This resignation came because of advanced age as some sources say while others say it is because of differentiating opinions on matters of faith. Whatever the case may be a question that is spreading even beyond the Catholic community is how much authority does the Vatican still hold in its representation of the Truth of Scripture. This question arises as people of other believing communities begin to question what other problems are there that may affect the stability and authority of the Vatican. I could give you many opinions to this matter as a believing scholar but i must remain in facts which is not much truth be told. The facts are this that the Vatican is having to change precedent for only the second time in history and it has been predicted by a past scholar by the name of St Malachy an archbishop of Ireland that the thirteenth pope will bring about the end to the Vatican. It is up to you to decide what your interpretation will be based on the facts presented as I am only a scholar news writer reporting the facts. All I know is the future of the Vatican depends on the future of the papacy and the trust of the people. If both of these things fail the Vatican will most likely die and with it thousands of years of history and scholarly research.
