The Rolling Stones are working with promoters to reschedule several dates in Australia and New Zealand, following the sudden and tragic death of the Mick Jagger's longtime girlfriend L'Wren Scott and will "very likely" return in the fall.

According to an article posted on March 19 at Billboard.com, the legendary British rockers are working closely with promoter Michael Gudinski of Frontier Touring in association with AEG Live with plans to reschedule the recently postponed dates in Oct.-Nov.

Gudinksi tells Billboard, "Everyone is working very closely together, and it's looking very likely that the rescheduled dates for Australia/New Zealand will be October-November, 2014."

The Stones were slated to begin the sold out tour on March 19 in Perth, Australia at Perth Arena and wrap up April 5 in Auckland, New Zealand at Mt Smart Stadium.

The "Satisfaction" hitmakers had only just arrived in Perth when they received the news of the 46-year-old fashion designer's passing and quickly postponed the Perth date with the remainder of the tour dates following suit by Tues., March 19.

Scott was found by her assistant hanging from a doorknob in her Manhattan apartment at 10 a.m. of March 17 and, following an autopsy, the death was ruled a suicide on March 19 by the New York City medical examiner.

Jagger has since returned to New York to deal with the tragedy and recently posted a personal statement on his Facebook page, writing, "I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way."
