The Rolling Stones continued their hugely successful 14 On Fire Tour on June 19, playing to a packed house in Düsseldorf, Germany. The World's Greatest Rock N' Roll Band performed before 45,000 fans at Düsseldorf's Espirt Arena in their 9th stop on their current European leg.
According to an update posted June 19 at their official Facebook page, the legendary British rockers treated fans at Düsseldorf's Espirt Arena to a 19 song setlist packed with hits, as well as some deep cuts, kicking the evening off with their classic 1968 smash hit "Jumpin' Jack Flash." Highlights included a performance of "Worried About You," a song produced originally for their 1975 studio album "Black and Blue" which surfaced on 1981's "Tattoo You." The Stones also rotated in their 1967 Between the Buttons hit "Let's Spend the Night Together." Both songs were last played on June 1 at their gig in Zurich, Switzerland. Their classic 1968 Beggar's Banquet single "Street Fighting Man" " also made a rare appearance, voted as online fan favourite.
Keith Richards took two lead vocal spins on "You Got the Silver" and "Can't Be Seen." Ex-Stone Mick Taylor performed as guest artist on "Midnight Rambler," as well as on the encore "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction."
Earlier this week, the "Honky Tonk Woman" hitmakers rocked a sold out crowd of 60,000 fans in Vienna, Austria at Ernst Happel Stadion. Fans can check out a video clip of The Stones performing "Get Off My Cloud" live in Vienna. See below for the full setlist.
