When Ring of Honor (ROH) rolls into your town, you’re guaranteed a good show. They do not roll into a town, they piledrive it. On January 26, the ROH crew came to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh, P.A. to tape episodes for their TV show.
Paul London was scheduled to wrestle Roderick Strong in a 2 out of 3 falls match for an ROH Championship match down the line, but the match was destined to not happen. First, Strong was not cleared to wrestle due to injury. About a month ago, he landed on his shoulder and neck taking the returning AJ Styles’ Styles Clash. On the day of the show, London was scheduled to fly in to wrestle Cedric Alexander, however, London’s flight was cancelled, presumably because of all of the bad weather hitting the country.
